A community facility or ‘hub’ located in the heart of the Marlpit Estate in West Norwich.
Formerly known as the Marlpit Communications Centre, the centre was opened under Future Projects’ management in November 2009 in an attempt to save the facility for the residents of the local area.

The 'hub' acts as a centre for our community projects which include:

• • An outreach centre for support, guidance and training.
• • A conference centre for meetings and training days.
• • Fully managed office space for hire.
• • Baseline on the broads - working in partnership with the Broads Authority.

It is also the home of the baseline cafe serving fresh, wholesome and homely food every day.
