Information, Advice and Guidance

We have qualified staff who offer a confidential information, advice and support service to young people and adults including referrals to other professional services where we support clients in the referral process.

We cover a wide range of issues including:

• Benefits
• Housing issues including homelessness
• Mental Health issues
• Employment support including CV and training
• 1:1 mentoring and support
• Education and training advice and support
• Sexual health referrals
• Appropriate adult service with known clients
